Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China’s hub of innovation, we rank among China’s earliest and largest manufacturers of PE rotational molded illuminated furniture. With over a decade of development, we have evolved from a single-product supplier into a comprehensive eco-friendly furniture enterprise. Our product portfolio covers outdoor leisure furniture for swimming pools, beaches, courtyards, gardens and urban plazas, as well as premium commercial furniture for bars, KTVs, hotel catering venues and healthcare facilities. We deliver one-stop services ranging from R&D and manufacturing to global sales.
Our modern manufacturing base spans over 10,000 square meters, with fully functional departments including Marketing, General Administration, Design & Development, Rotational Molding Production, FRP/Carbon Fiber Production, Lighting & Electronics, and Assembly & Packaging. Our team of more than 160 employees comprises high-caliber professionals in marketing, management and technical fields. We master core technologies for diverse materials and processes such as PE rotational molding, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), carbon fiber, artificial stone, aluminum alloy and EVA, boasting robust capabilities in customized non-standard production and mass manufacturing.
Equipped with 6 large-scale rotational molding machines and supporting production lines, we can fabricate rotational molded products up to 5 meters in size. We own more than 500 proprietary molds, with an annual PE material consumption exceeding 1,800 tons. We also operate advanced production lines for carbon fiber compression molding and vacuum forming, supported by stringent production management and quality assurance systems. Many of our technological achievements are pioneering domestically and internationally, keeping us at the forefront of industry innovation.
We own the independent brand XGC FURNITURE. Our products are sold to over 100 countries and regions worldwide, having served more than 5,000 high-end bars, KTVs and interior decoration projects. We have established distribution and agency networks across Europe, America, the Middle East and other major markets, and run official brand stores on Amazon, TEMU, TikTok Shop and other e-commerce platforms. We also provide professional OEM and ODM services for global clients.
